Indo Tibetan Border Police Force invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens (Including subjects of Nepal & Bhutan) to fill up vacancies of Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary) Group 'C' Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) on a temporary basis likely to be permanent in ITBPF in payscale, Level-4 in the Pay Matrix Rs. 25500 - 81100 (as per 7th CPC). Selected candidates will be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad. The applicants are advised to check their eligibility before applying so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage.

On October 24, 1962, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Force was established. Currently, the ITBP patrols the 3,488 km long India-China border, which stretches from the Jachep La pass in Arunachal Pradesh to the Karakoram Pass in Ladakh. In addition to these responsibilities, the Force plays a significant part in numerous internal security operations and duties in the state of Chhattisgarh against Left Wing Extremism.

The ITBP is a specialized Armed Police Force of the Nation that instructs its members in a variety of sports, including mountaineering and skiing, in addition to rigorous tactical training, giving the Force a unique identity.

Qualification Criteria: 1. HSC or equivalent
                                        2. Para Veterinary Course or Diploma course related to Livestock

Age Criteria: 18 to 25 years on 17 November 2022
                        (Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 for OBC)
